Decisions are not easy to make. I have a large one to make in the next few days, and I have been pondering how to go about making it. I have come up with the following guidelines to follow:
1. Gather all the facts. Knowledge is power.
2. Let go of any fear you have surrounding your decision. Fear is simply your ego trying to manipulate you. Fear will never stop you from dying, but it will sure as heck stop you from living. NEVER make any decision based on fear.
3. Trust your gut instinct. This is your intuition. Your intuition will NEVER steer you in the wrong direction, as your intuition is simply your guardian angel tapping on your shoulder and whispering in your ear “hey kid, this is what you should do”.
4. Once you make your decision, TRUST it, BELIEVE in it, and then throw it out into the universe and let it go. The universe will make it happen for you.
5. Finally, take a few deep breaths, and on the inhale think COURAGE, and on the exhale, think FEAR. In with the COURAGE, out with the FEAR.
