Rather than offering open access to an online calendar, we begin with a brief conversation to understand what’s going on and how we can best help. This allows us to provide more personalized care and ensure your time — and ours — is used well.
 
How Scheduling Works
 
Most clients receive support through DivaCare or a managed support plan. Appointment availability and response times vary depending on your level of care.
 
To get started:
 
Call us to request an appointment

We’ll talk through what you’re experiencing and determine next steps.
If you’re an existing client, we’ll schedule your appointment based on your support plan and current availability.
 
About Priority Service
 
Clients enrolled in DivaCare receive priority scheduling and faster response times.

Additional priority service options may be available for clients who need expedited assistance.
 
We believe this approach allows us to offer better care, clearer expectations, and a more balanced experience for everyone.
