New Payment Policy

ComputerDiva has grown as a company, due to the loyalty of my clients, and all of your treasured referrals. I feel truly fortunate and grateful to have such wonderful clients.

In a recent review of my company operations and procedures, it was decided that I need to switch my policy on offering payment terms to my clients.

So, I came to the decision that effective immediately, all work must be paid for in full at the time of service. That includes all remote work as well as onsite services.

If your company is on a monthly contract, or you have monthly billing arrangements with me, we will deal with that on an individual basis.

I accept all forms of credit card or debit cards for payment. My client and billing software has the ability to securely store credit cards on file. In fact, once the credit card information is put into the system, it is stored at the credit card gateway and not my software. Storing your credit card on file is optional.

At the completion of a job, I can swipe your credit card for payment if it is an onsite job. For remote jobs we do the payment online.

This new procedure will allow me to spend more time tending to YOUR needs, and less time doing accounting work and tracking down payments.
